Brunswick Doctors is a mixed billing clinic. Patients with a valid concession card or seniors pension card will be bulk billed. Existing patients of Dr. Sunny Chin and Dr. Diana Lo will continue to be bulk billed by Dr. Ali Sheaar.

How do I get my test results?

If you would like to discuss your test results, we advise booking an appointment with your doctor. If your doctor needs to speak with you about your results, our clinic will contact you to arrange an appointment.

How long should my appointment be?

Accepted Answer

A Standard Consult is up to 15 minutes for one issue, while a Long Consult (30 mins) is for complex/multiple issues. A full body skin check, mental health consult, and IUD insertion require a Long Consult.

Do you take walk-in patients?

We recommend booking an appointment to minimize waiting times. Walk-in patients will be accommodated when possible but may experience longer wait times.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments must be canceled at least 3 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. In urgent situations, we do our best to accommodate changes.

Most results return in 3-5 business days. If you haven’t received a notification within 7 business days, please contact us for an update.
