Meg Mahon
Baby Sign
EARLY CHILDHOOD INTERVENTION PRACTITIONER
Meg is an early childhood intervention practitioner that specialises in teaching key word sign (KWS) to support children with a significant speech and language delay and develop effective communication with their parents, siblings, carers and friends.
KWS allows children without a voice to communicate their wants, needs and interests. It’s a powerful tool that children and families can develop quickly that has a big and lasting impact.
Baby Sign interventions are holistic, child-centred and play-based. In addition to learning signs, during each session children will engage in playful activities to develop the fine and gross motor skills, play skills, and positive behaviour supports.
